About the Role

The IDH Brussels Office is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Data & CRM Intern to support the Fundraising team with data management, CRM / Salesforce administration and reporting support for a period of 6 months under a CIP (Convention d’Immersion Professionnelle)

The intern will work closely with colleagues supporting business development & the engagement of potential partners, helping improve how IDH organises and uses stakeholder and partner data.

This internship provides hands-on experience with Salesforce / CRM systems, data management and reporting, while contributing to the effective coordination of partnerships and engagement activities.

Your Responsibilities

CRM & data management

Support the maintenance and updating of stakeholder and partner information in the CRM / Salesforce system
Assist with improving data quality
Help maintain structured records of contacts, partnerships and donor engagement activities

Reporting & data support

Support the preparation of reports or summaries based on CRM data
Assist with compiling data for internal reporting or presentations
Help organize and structure datasets used by the team

Stakeholder database support

Support the preparation of mailing lists and contact segmentation for communications or events
Assist with maintaining stakeholder databases and contact lists

Operational support

Assist with documentation, meeting notes and internal coordination
Provide support with event preparation, scheduling meetings and basic administrative tasks
Conduct small research tasks related to partners or stakeholders when needed

What You Bring

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, information management, economics, international development, or similar
Interest in data management, CRM systems, or data-driven decision making
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong written and spoken English

Nice to have:

Familiarity with CRM systems, databases or spreadsheets
Interest in sustainability or international development
Basic experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)

What We Offer

A full-time, 6- month Professional Immersion Contract (CIP) with a stipend of €1,165/month
Reimbursement of public transport costs (Brussels – STIB subscription)
