Operating at the convergence of hospitality, retail, music, and design, this platform is building a new category in lifestyle-led consumer engagement. The Vice President will shape and execute the global brand and marketing strategy — transforming innovative concepts into culturally resonant, globally recognised brands.

This is not a traditional hospitality marketing position. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, forward-thinking brand leader from a fast-paced lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, or agency environment — someone who instinctively understands how to build narratives, create cultural relevance, and drive consumer connection through creativity and strategy.

Key Accountabilities

Lead global consumer brand strategy and define the marketing vision across all markets.
Deliver innovative, high-impact go-to-market campaigns for new brand launches and repositionings.
Build scalable direct-to-consumer marketing ecosystems, integrating CRM, data, and digital performance.
Champion storytelling, creative excellence, and cultural authenticity across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with global and regional leadership to ensure brand consistency and commercial impact.

Candidate Profile

15+ years of international experience leading consumer or lifestyle marketing at a senior level.
Proven success building lifestyle or entertainment-led brands and launching disruptive consumer campaigns.
Fast-paced background — ideally agency-side or within lifestyle, fashion, or experience-driven sectors.
Confident operator comfortable scaling global teams and translating creativity into measurable outcomes.
