Job Title: Customer Reference Manager
Location: London
Remuneration: £46.15 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary (End Date: 20 April 2026)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office, Monday to Thursday)
Responsibilities:
Drive marketing outcomes for key projects by initiating work streams and projects.
Conduct user research and market analysis to provide actionable insights to cross-functional partners.
Develop user journeys and lifecycle strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for user growth and engagement with new and existing features.
Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to execute marketing strategies and plans.
Manage project priorities and resource allocations effectively.
Set measurable goals and track success logically.
Influence and align resources across teams to meet shared objectives.
Mentor junior team members and foster strong internal and external relationships.
Oversee customer responses and collaborate with sales teams to enhance strategies.
Create compelling marketing content and develop brand positioning strategies.
Validate market opportunities and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
Drive and manage large-scale campaigns while analysing performance for optimisation.
Promote an inclusive culture by championing equitable behaviours and practises.
Skills/Experience/Education:
Excellent written communication and storytelling capabilities.
Strong operational management and customer strategy expertise.
Experience with major cloud providers and B2B enterprise companies.
Knowledge of branding, campaign management, and consumer behaviour.
Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis to inform business strategies.
Ability to manage senior stakeholders and maintain attention to detail.
Familiarity with go-to-market activities and product positioning.
Strong situational leadership skills, with the ability to present and defend project concerns confidently.

Strong scripting knowledge and experience, especially PowerShell. Knowledge of Intune MDM, particularly configuration profiles. Experience with RSAT tooling, particularly Active Directory and GPO.
