Overview
This is a key role in an exciting and rapidly growing CPG company, with the consumer at the heart of our marketing strategy and activities. As the Brand Manager for UKI, you will oversee marketing activities for the brand portfolio across UK and Ireland. Based out of our Irish head office, you will be responsible for building a leading position for WaterWipes in the UK & Ireland region, while also contributing to WaterWipes’ positioning and ambitions as a global brand. This person will be a key member of the UKI team, working closely with the Brand Acceleration Manager and wider multi-functional team to develop and land key campaigns and global innovation streams. The ideal candidate will be passionate, a true collaborator, a consistent performer, and committed to our brand vision and exciting brand journey!

Role Overview
Building the marketing plan for UKI and executing it across our paid, owned and earned channels, our partnerships, and all relevant brand touchpoints
Responsibility for adherence to brand archetype, driving consistency in all communications
Working closely with shopper marketing team to support and collaborate around key brand activations
Monitor and control the marketing budget with recommendations on phasing, spending & budget allocation
Owning stakeholder relationships as you manage multi-functional local and global teams, distributors, and agency partners
Executing innovation launches to the region, working with portfolio, commercial and cross-functional colleagues
Setting clear activity objectives and KPIs, monitoring and evaluating activities, measuring ROI and making clear recommendations- optimising future activity
Demonstrate leadership skills as you drive multiple campaigns and collaborate on projects, providing clear guidance to stakeholders on all brand communication.
Driving our Global Marketing objectives by shaping them in UKI to enhance, and add value to our growth and positioning in the region
Staying on top of category and market trends and sharing relevant ideas and recommendations with the wider team

Key Requirements
You should demonstrate a clear ability to work cross-functionally, always with the consumer placed front and centre. You should demonstrate a structured working approach, driven by data & insights, being analytical and with attention to detail. The ability to work in a fast-paced, very ambitious and dynamic organization is essential.
A proven track record in developing brands in an FMCG/CPG business environment
University Degree in business, marketing or related discipline with minimum 7 years of experience in a marketing function
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong commercial acumen
Proven campaign delivery and success against KPIs
Stakeholder Management is key, and agency management experience is essential
Versatile, self-motivated and results driven
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Budget management experience
Fluency (spoken and written) in English is mandatory
