About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring that business needs, requirements, and solutions are aligned with our strategic goals. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and external suppliers, acting as a key link between teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement. You will:
Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to assess how practices and processes contribute to the delivery of our business model
Facilitate workshops to gather insights, test ideas, and validate assumptions
Uncover and communicate potential risks, ensuring they are assessed and mitigated
Identify opportunities for business improvement, ensuring outcomes align with service vision and business strategy
Support the design of new business processes, conducting thorough analysis before proposing solutions that optimise performance and efficiency
Compare and evaluate the best processes or delivery methods, ensuring measurable and effective outcomes
Document as-is and to-be environments, helping stakeholders achieve consensus on solutions and a ‘definition of done’
Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project scope, budget, and timelines
Support staff and teams in making recommended changes, including helping to resolve issues
Encourage project sponsors to specify and measure the benefits of change delivered by projects
Continuously develop your skills and stay up to date with new techniques and tools
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and solution-driven professional with a strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder management.
BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis or a relevant qualification
A minimum of one year’s experience in a Business Analysis, project, or technical role
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Experience in a full project lifecycle with business analysis techniques
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Awareness of change management principles
