Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Salesforce squad.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of Salesforce frameworks.
This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
The individual must be proactive, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, install, and support application systems in line with product requirements.
Create, deploy, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software development and release.
Apply automation, monitoring, and visualization across the architecture.
Work closely with developers and testers to ensure that code is deployed and operates to the highest quality standards.
Analyze problems, develop solutions, and share insights with other team members.
Prepare and assess the technical feasibility and estimates of proposed system solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, and prepare presentations for team members, management, and customers.
Provide coaching and training to junior team members.
Provide timing/scheduling estimates to the team leader and suggest corrective actions to timelines when necessary.
Demonstrate customer centricity by working closely with internal customers.
Organize efficient handover through high-quality documentation and training.
Collaborate with other engineers to innovate and implement the components of the design system.
Other Technical Skills
Change management and continuous delivery pipeline tools: Confluence, Jira, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow.
Experience in another Object-Oriented language (Java, C++, etc.) is a plus.
Solid understanding of Web technologies: HTML, CSS, AJAX, Web Services, SOAP, REST.
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Data Cloud is a plus.
Experience working in an Agile environment with good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Qualifications
5-10 years of IT development experience.
Solid programming/coding experience in Apex, Lightning, JavaScript. Any Salesforce certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
Deep knowledge in Salesforce configuration – knowing what is out of the box and what needs to be customized.
Experience in Salesforce integration with other applications, and understanding how systems interact with each other, including error handling, security, and performance.
Strong background in DevOps with experience in branching strategies, continuous integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring in an Agile environment that requires scalability and reliability.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with teams across different time zones (Europe and APAC).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex situations and dependencies.
