Votre mission :
En tant que Spécialiste CRM & Salesforce, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en place d’une communication ciblée et personnalisée, afin d’augmenter l’engagement, la fidélité et la satisfaction de nos clients. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe CRM, les experts META et notre agence de création graphique interne.
Grâce à votre expertise, nous souhaitons aller encore plus loin dans l’exploitation de Salesforce et renforcer l’impact de nos campagnes marketing direct.

Vos responsabilités :
Stratégie & Innovation
Développer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes de marketing direct (emails, SMS, notifications push, automatisations) pour booster l’engagement client et les ventes.
Affiner la segmentation client pour maximiser l’impact des communications.
Identifier de nouvelles opportunités pour élargir notre base clients, en collaboration avec les équipes digitales et CRM.
Assurer la cohérence des campagnes sur l’ensemble des canaux de communication (emails, SMS, META, site web, display).
Suivre les tendances et innover constamment pour optimiser nos stratégies CRM.
Opérationnel & Gestion des campagnes
Gérer la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des campagnes email et SMS dans Salesforce.
Concevoir les emails (copywriting, choix des visuels, mise en page) et piloter les contenus en collaboration avec notre agence interne.
Assurer un contrôle qualité rigoureux avant chaque envoi.
Implémenter les ciblages et gérer les envois via Salesforce.
Organiser et structurer les communications au sein de la plateforme CRM.
Lancer des A/B tests et analyser les performances pour optimiser les futures campagnes.
Participer à la création de rapports d’analyse pour évaluer l’efficacité des actions mises en place.

Profil recherché :
Vous êtes fait(e) pour ce poste si :
Vous avez une expérience avérée en marketing direct et CRM (minimum 2 ans), idéalement dans le retail.
Vous maîtrisez Salesforce Marketing Cloud ou une plateforme CRM équivalente.
Vous êtes créatif(ve) et aimez rédiger des communications percutantes et engageantes.
Vous êtes analytique et aimez interpréter les données pour optimiser les performances.
Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(-se) et avez un œil de lynx pour détecter la moindre erreur.
Vous savez jongler entre plusieurs projets et respecter les délais.
Vous êtes autonome, débrouillard(e) et n’hésitez pas à aller chercher l’info pour avancer.
