Position Description
As a Senior Engagement Manager, you’ll take on a key role in delivering first-class Managed IT Services in our dynamic company. Acting as the central point of contact for our C-level clients, you’ll build strong, trusting relationships and work closely with them to analyze their unique business objectives. Together, you’ll develop tailored IT solutions that sustainably support their success.

You accomplish this by :
Actively seeking out opportunities in the Belgian market.
Supporting Delivery Centers (DCS) in positioning Managed Services with their clients, assisting them in qualifying opportunities, and playing a key role as an expert in bid processes, particularly in overall solution design, where you receive support from CGI's global delivery organizations.
Building a Belgian narrative around Managed Services and Outsourcing in collaboration with CGI's global delivery organizations.
Strategic Partner: Act as the sparring partner for our clients at the C-level, co-developing innovative IT strategies that advance their business objectives.
Project Leader with Vision: Drive complex outsourcing initiatives and transformation projects in IT infrastructure and security, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Solution Expert with Innovation: Analyze clients’ specific needs, crafting creative IT solutions that serve their goals and identify trends that will give them a competitive edge.
Leadership with Team Spirit: Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams of experienced IT professionals, fostering collaboration, creating a positive work environment, and helping each team member reach their full potential.
Communication Expert: Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, both internally and externally, translating complex topics in an understandable way and building trust through transparency.
Problem Solver: Analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and maintain composure even in challenging situations to ensure project success.

Extensive Experience: Solid background in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and security management.
Leadership Skills: Confidently motivate and lead multidisciplinary teams, steering large-scale projects to success.
Relationship Management Expert: Maintain strong customer relationships, manage expectations, and build long-term partnerships.
Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cloud architectures, data management, and cybersecurity practices. Previous experience in cloud migration or managed cloud services is an advantage.
ITIL Knowledge: Familiar with ITIL best practices, with relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
Communication Talent: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Risk Management Expert: Ensure effective management and mitigation of operational and service risks.
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
8+ Years’ Experience: At least 8 years in an IT service role, with significant experience leading large IT infrastructure projects with offshore components and, ideally, budget responsibility.
Language Skills: Native Dutch or French with English.
