We're looking for a IT Project Manager (+1 year)
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a dynamic Operations Office team, supporting the ICT department. In this role, you will lead multiple projects from initial business requirements and goal definition to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities for IT Project Manager:
Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with architecture teams to determine optimal solutions and propose innovative, effective implementation strategies.
Supervise execution using methodologies such as Prince2, PMP, Agile, and Scrum, while actively managing risks, scope changes, budget constraints, quality assurance, security, and change management.
Organize and lead regular steering committee meetings, ensuring clear communication on project progress and key decision points.
Ensure proper project closure, including decommissioning and sustainability planning for implemented developments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of project management experience, particularly in transversal IT integration (systems, networks, data centers, application development) and cybersecurity projects.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including CIS Controls™ and ISO27001, with expertise in key security areas such as Patch and Vulnerability Management, Resource Hardening, and Privileged Access Management.
Proven ability to engage with management stakeholders at all levels (including director-level), with a solid understanding of business cases and project financials.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English, with the ability to adapt communication styles based on the audience and situation.
Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
Certification in project management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile, Scrum) is an advantage.

Technical Environment: The organization primarily operates on a Windows-based on-premises platform while increasingly migrating workloads to Linux, making basic Linux knowledge a valuable asset. The cloud hosting platform of choice is AKS, complemented by various Azure cloud services.
DevOps and Automation Stack: While mastery of all technologies is not required, familiarity with most of the following tools is highly beneficial:
