MUST BE BASED IN BELGIUM
50% on-site in Brussels, 50% remote working

As a Junior Digital Customer Journey Analyst, your role is to capture and understand the end-to-end customer journey across all digital touchpoints. Your insights will help improve the customer experience and enhance the performance of the digital business.

Key Responsibilities:
Define tagging strategies and collaborate with Frontend developers to implement technical specifications.
Build and monitor reports, KPIs, and supporting metrics
Perform quantitative analyses for continuous improvement.
Present analytical results through compelling storytelling with data.
Foster a data-driven mindset within the organisation by educating stakeholders and facilitating data-driven decision-making
Coordinate projects ensuring high-quality deliverables

Skills and Experience Required:
Experience with Adobe Analytics is essential.
Familiarity with Content Square, Adobe Target, Tableau Software, and SQL is advantageous
Ability to translate objectives into KPIs and supporting metrics, and tell engaging stories with data
Strong analytical and logical thinking, meticulous organisation, customer obsession, creativity, and solution orientation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial
A master’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in mathematics, statistics, business intelligence, computer engineering, economy, digital marketing, or marketing is preferred

Language Proficiency:
English: Excellent
French and Dutch: advantage
