New Contract Opportunity – Process Area Lead (S/4HANA Supply Chain Transformation)

Brussels

We’re supporting a strategic transformation and looking for an experienced Process Area Lead to drive a high-impact S/4HANA Supply Chain programme.

Start Date: 21 April 2025
⏳ Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
Location: Brussels – Min. 4 days onsite + 1 remote
EU citizenship required
Languages: Dutch + French (mandatory) & English (C1 minimum)

Your Mission:
You’ll play a pivotal role in the seamless transformation and integration of SAP S/4HANA across the supply chain. This includes end-to-end project oversight, change management, data migration, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the S/4HANA supply chain transformation
Manage change integration and ensure stakeholder buy-in
Oversee data cleansing and migration from SAP and legacy systems
Drive process optimisation across warehouse, procurement, and logistics flows
Collaborate closely with implementation partners, maintenance depots & distribution centres
Coordinate training & support to ensure smooth adoption by end users

Profile Requirements:
3+ years as a Supply Chain Project Manager (warehouse, transport, procurement)
Proven experience running PMO offices for supply chain programmes
3+ years of Change Management using ADKAR or similar methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
