Alliance Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions

Location: Stoke-on-Trent (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40-45,000 + OTE

About the Role:
We are looking for a commercially driven Alliance Manager to take ownership of key vendor relationships within the cybersecurity space. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and wants to have a strategic impact across product development, marketing, and sales.
You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of cybersecurity vendor partners, helping to craft and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies and drive partner-led growth initiatives. Your influence will help define solution offerings, improve customer experience, and ultimately increase profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor & Partner Management
Own the day-to-day relationship with assigned vendor partners
Lead joint business reviews, performance tracking, and strategic planning
Identify new vendors to complement the technology stack
Strategic Alliance Execution
Create tailored vendor alliance strategies to drive revenue and market penetration
Launch co-branded marketing campaigns and sales enablement programs
Track and improve partner performance through data-driven insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, technical, and operations teams to promote vendor solutions
Align with internal partner managers to ensure consistent messaging and execution
Performance & Market Intelligence
Monitor and report on vendor KPIs (revenue, GP, pipeline conversion, retention)
Stay current on emerging cybersecurity technologies and competitive landscapes
What Success Looks Like:
Increased revenue and profitability from vendor partnerships
High partner satisfaction and engagement metrics
Improved pipeline conversion rates and faster sales cycles
Strong internal alignment across GTM teams
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has experience in channel management, strategic partnerships, or vendor alliances (ideally in cybersecurity or IT)
Understands how to build executive-level relationships and influence both internally and externally
Is comfortable balancing short-term sales goals with long-term strategic planning
Can bring energy, initiative, and structure to fast-moving projects
Has strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
Can think both strategically and tactically
