Business Analyst – EMEA Leadership Support
Are you a proactive operator with a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment? This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, supporting a dynamic EMEA business group at the intersection of technology, innovation, and global engagement.
In this role, you'll partner closely with the VP of a leading regional business unit, playing a critical role in both internal operations and external stakeholder engagement. Your scope will span project coordination, leadership communication, business analysis, and high-stakes event preparation.

The Offer:
Competitive salary range of £91,000 pa
Role will start on a 6-month contract
Hybrid working: onsite 3 days per week at state-of-the-art offices in Central London
Complimentary meals, snacks and coffees onsite!

What you’ll be doing:
Orchestrating leadership rhythms, including weekly meetings, follow-ups, and planning cycles
Coordinating external stakeholder engagement—from political leaders to media and industry influencers
Crafting narratives, briefings, and internal comms in collaboration with cross-functional partners
Driving revenue-generating initiatives with strong project and program management skills
Synthesizing business insights, analyzing market sentiment, and managing regional knowledge assets

We’re looking for:
Proven experience in program or project management, ideally within a complex, matrixed organization
Strong communication and business operations experience
A background in a relevant industry
A self-starter who thrives on multitasking and staying ahead of shifting priorities
Someone comfortable balancing proactive long-term planning with rapid, reactive execution
