Job Opportunity: Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients' goals.

What We're Looking For:
Discovery Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops to gather business requirements.
Requirement Gathering: Capture technical and non-technical requirements.
User Story Creation: Prepare detailed user stories for development teams.
Process Mapping: Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Data Management: Proficiency in data gathering, manipulation, and validation.
ServiceNow Expertise: Understand ServiceNow capabilities and benefits.
Communication Skills: Convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Change Management: Guide organizations through transitions.

Nice to Have:
Specialization in one or more ServiceNow capabilities
Data structure and process design experience
Experience in CSDM implementation
Understanding of Business Services and Service Mapping
