Are you ready to discover the role of a ServiceNow DevOps Analyst in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

Responsibility

Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements (focus on HAM)
Analyze data sets and recommend process improvements
Map current workflows and design improvements using Flow Designer
Support HAM processes: asset tracking, lifecycle management, reporting
Act as liaison between business and technical teams
Assist in solution testing and validation
Document business processes, specs, and user stories
Present solutions to stakeholders using ServiceNow and PowerPoint

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, including 1+ year with ServiceNow implementations
Strong experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and asset lifecycle processes
Proven ability to analyze large datasets and define complex business processes
Excellent communication skills to bridge business needs and technical requirements
Excellent knowledge of English, and good command of French, would be a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
Being proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments

Desirable

Understanding of Integration Hub, REST APIs, and defining integration requirements
Familiarity with Flow Designer for workflow automation
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Hardware Asset Management CIS certification
Integration Hub or Flow Designer certification
