London (Hybrid)/Outside IR35/6 Months/£450 - ITIL, MSP, Service Excellence

We’re hiring a contract Service Delivery Manager to join a fast-paced MSP environment —
someone who doesn’t just manage services, but actively improves them.

This is your chance to take the lead, shape new processes, and drive operational excellence across IT service delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading daily service delivery across multiple accounts
Building and refining IT service processes and frameworks
Managing SLAs, KPIs, and ensuring high service standards
Acting as the go-to between tech teams and business stakeholders
Championing continuous improvement and service excellence

What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in service delivery (MSP or enterprise background)
Great communicator and confident stakeholder manager
Comfortable designing and implementing operational processes
ITIL knowledge (certified is a bonus)
Structured, hands-on, and delivery-focused
You’ll join a collaborative, customer-first team where your impact is immediate and valued.
