Job Specifications

We are seeking a reliable and skilled handyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks and will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and general repairs (e.g., painting, minor plumbing and repair work)
Inspect buildings and equipment to identify problems or needed repairs
Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Coordinate with Facilities Team to prioritise tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyperson or in a similar role
Basic knowledge across multiple trades
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Good communication and customer service skills
Physical stamina and dexterity
Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Maintenance qualifications, trade experience
Experience with power tools and building systems
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
