ABOUT THE ROLE (Action - Amend Per Requirement)
As Senior Partnerships Manager for France, you will play a critical role in driving Tide's growth by building and scaling a high-performing partnerships ecosystem. You will lead the development and execution of our partnerships strategy in France, forging strategic alliances with key partners to acquire new members and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the country MD and marketing leadership to develop and implement the French partnerships strategy, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-value partnerships across diverse industries, focusing on strategic partnerships with leading French companies.
Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both Tide and its partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including C-level executives.
Oversee the day-to-day management of partner relationships, including performance tracking, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization.
Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine the partnerships strategy.
What We Are Looking For
You are passionate about small business success
You are a champion for innovation; challenging the status quo and having a solution-focused approach
You have a proven track record of success (at least 7 years) in building and scaling high-performing partnerships teams in the French market.
You have 7+ years of experience in Sales/Partnerships negotiation.
You have had previous experience within the payments or Fintech sectors
You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
You have a data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Have built, launched and confidently sold new business initiatives and propositions
Have experience of expanding and launching products into new territories
Have prior experience and strong understanding of the French business banking and/ or SME space
