WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is looking for a skilled Offshore Geotechnical Engineer to join a valued client’s team, supporting offshore energy projects across wind, oil & gas, and subsea infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong geotechnical background to play a key role in site investigations, foundation design, and offshore structure installations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute offshore geotechnical investigations (CPT, boreholes, lab testing).
Interpret geotechnical data for soil characterization and offshore foundation design.
Support pile, suction caisson, and shallow foundation design using industry standards (API, DNV, ISO).
Conduct geotechnical risk assessments and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Work on a variety of offshore wind BID projects and feasibility studies.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for integrated offshore solutions.
Provide technical support during offshore construction and installation phases.

Ideal Candidate

Degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
Strong experience in offshore foundation design and interpretation.
Familiarity with geotechnical software (PLAXIS, ABAQUS, LPILE, APILE).
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn are essential.
Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to project demands.
Willing to work offshore when required.
