Description
We currently have a vacancy for a BI Expert (Azure and SQL) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in the EU. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:
Provision of technical consultancy services for Data Engineering projects;
The ideal candidate must have a strong technological competence in Business Intelligence (BI) implementation projects in Azure;
Analysis, design and implementation of data ingestion, data storage, data processing and data security in the cloud (Microsoft Azure);
Management and monitoring data ingestion, data storage and data processing;
Development and maintenance of data storage, data processing, data security according to client’s guidelines.

Requirements
University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 25 years of relevant working experience in IT;
Minimum of 20 years’ of experience working in Business Intelligence field;
Minimum of 20 years’ of specific expertise with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle and PostgreSQL;
Minimum of 10 years’ of specific expertise with ETL such as Microsoft SSIS, SSAS multidimensional and tabular;
Minimum of 10 years’ of specific expertise in the design and implementation of data marts;
Minimum of 10 years’ of specific expertise with Confluence and JIRA;
Minimum of 10 years’ of specific expertise with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio;
Minimum of 10 years’ of specific expertise Oracle Developer;
Minimum of 5 years’ of experience working in Azure and Azure data integration – Azure Data Factory and/or Azure Synapse Pipeline;
Minimum of 5 years’ of specific expertise with PowerApps and business objects;
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with BI for process driven applications;
Minimum of 6 months’ of experience working with Data Governance framework and Azure Security framework of an EU institution;
Excellent command of the English language and knowledge of French is required.
