We are looking for a System Support Engineer to provide hands-on configuration support and technical consultation across various enterprise systems.

This role will ensure optimal system performance, user satisfaction, and continuous process improvement in alignment with business goals.
You will be responsible for managing configuration requests, maintaining system integrity, and enhancing system usability through ongoing analysis and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration Support: Respond to and process configuration service requests (e.g., account setup, permission management, parameter adjustments) to ensure systems meet evolving business requirements.
Configuration & Performance Management: Maintain and optimize the configuration of core business platforms such as DMS, TIS, WMS, and ERP, ensuring system stability and peak performance.
Process Standardization: Develop and update technical documentation including operation manuals, configuration guides, and SOPs to ensure consistency in support processes.
User Request Analysis: Analyze user requests and system usage patterns to identify improvement areas; recommend and implement optimization strategies that enhance user experience and system effectiveness.
Technical Support & Consultation: Provide professional support and guidance to users, resolving system-related issues efficiently while promoting technical understanding and self-service.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Automotive Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in technical support, system administration, or operations—preferably in the automotive or related industry.
