Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 per month (based on experience)

Job Description

Venture Smarter is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Coordinator to join our team. This remote position will involve managing and organizing large sets of data, ensuring accuracy, and helping streamline data processes across multiple projects. You'll play a key role in supporting our data-driven initiatives by maintaining databases and ensuring data quality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update company databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze data for trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights.
Coordinate with different teams to collect, organize, and report data as needed.
Assist in data entry, data cleansing, and the preparation of reports.
Support the development and implementation of data collection procedures and systems.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data workflows and storage solutions.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

Proven experience in data coordination, data entry, or similar administrative roles.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify data discrepancies.
