While you won't be expected to be hands-on, you must be able to "talk tech," cut through complexity, and translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.

To succeed, you'll need:

Knowledge of data protection, governance, and cybersecurity best practice

A collaborative leadership style that inspires and brings people with you

Bonus if you've worked in a membership-based, charity, or non-profit setting - but we're open-minded if your approach is right.
