Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + Bonus

Are you a versatile marketer ready to take the reins and make your mark? This is a rare opportunity for a driven and strategic Marketing Manager to take full ownership of a company's marketing function, shaping its future and growing it from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and executing a full-spectrum marketing strategy across digital, traditional, and content channels
Driving website performance, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and lead generation
Creating engaging campaigns and branded content that speak to both B2B and B2C audiences
Managing agencies and suppliers to deliver value and results
Using data to shape your approach, tracking ROI, conversions, and customer engagement
Partnering with sales to support business development and align with commercial goals

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a B2B marketing role within an SME environment
Strong grasp of SEO, PPC, content strategy, and email marketing tools
Confident using CMS and analytics platforms to drive decision-making
Excellent communication skills and creative flair
A self-starter who's as strategic as you are hands-on

Bonus Points For:

Design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
Experience in e-commerce or construction/facilities sectors
