Summary

A global technology company is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager within the Wallet Business Operations team to lead post-launch activities and improve operational performance in the areas of reporting, test programs, partner support, data management, and insights across a wide range of countries and partners (banks, transit operators, payment networks, venues, loyalty schemes, and more).

Based in London and part of the wider International Business Operations team, this role acts as the primary operations contact for all partners onboarded on the digital wallet platform. Internally, you’ll collaborate with business development, operations, finance, engineering, and analytics teams to create and maintain a consolidated view of the ecosystem, identify trends, lead projects, and continuously streamline processes.

The Business Operations team is responsible for ensuring operational readiness and supporting ongoing relationships with digital wallet partners. The team works closely with partners to manage data efficiently, monitor key metrics, and handle daily interactions with a focus on long-term success.

This is a fast-growing area of the business, suited to individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are hands-on in delivering results.

Key Qualifications

Experience working cross-functionally with multiple partners in large organisations, including internationally.
Proficiency in using tools and systems with a passion for automation and process improvement.
Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and highly motivated.
Strong problem-solving, data management, and analytical skills.
Project management experience.
Customer-first focus when working with internal and external partners.

Description

Provide ongoing support to partners post-launch, resolving a variety of operational issues.
Monitor operational and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business expectations and contractual obligations.
Use data to identify insights and drive optimisation.
Identify and lead strategic projects that improve the partner experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate across functions to identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes.

Education
Degree-level education in a relevant field is desirable, but candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
