About the Role

As an IT Support Engineer, you are the primary point of contact for clients encountering software-related issues. Your technical skills and customer-first mindset play a key role in analyzing and resolving problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to customers via phone and email.
Log, analyze, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting common issues.
Collaborate with other departments to solve more complex problems.
Write and maintain clear user manuals.

Your Profile
Experience or strong knowledge in IT and software support.
Prior experience in a support role is a significant plus.
Customer-focused, patient, and strong communication skills.
Able to communicate fluently in Dutch, English, and French.
