A global end-user organisation is seeking an Oracle EBS Functional Lead to take ownership of service delivery, lead stakeholder engagement across finance teams, and act as the subject matter expert across Oracle EBS and EPM Fusion solutions. This is a key leadership role bridging business, technology, and third-party delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
Act as Functional Lead and SME for Oracle EBS and EPM Fusion across delivery and support
Lead stakeholder engagement within a global Finance function
Work with Managed Service Providers and internal technology teams to ensure delivery of Finance and Procurement solutions
Deliver enhancements to key modules including Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Expense Reporting
Champion compliance, best practice, and service innovation in Oracle Finance delivery

Key Skills Required
Proven experience leading Oracle service delivery in global, matrixed environments
Expertise in Oracle EBS and EPM Fusion modules, including operations service strategy
Knowledge of third-party cloud service management and deployment models
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Gravitas to influence senior stakeholders, with the flexibility to collaborate effectively with hands-on delivery teams
