Qualifications

Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering (or a related field), project management, general business management, or other relevant field.
In the absence of a Bachelor/Master degree in the relevant field, demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 11 years can be accepted.
Proficiency in English.

Experience

11 years of experience in the field of testing, quality insurance.
Experience in financial services institutions, insurance undertaking or equivalent institution.
Attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects.
Strong knowledge of agile practices and experience with agile planning tools (e.g., Jira).
Effective verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaboration skills and ability to work on a team.
