A leading end client is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud OTL Consultant to join their Oracle HCM programme, focusing on the design and rollout of Oracle Time and Labour across multiple countries. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high-impact, global implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement for OTL module
Create, manage, and maintain integration documentation
Support full lifecycle design, testing, and deployment of Oracle OTL
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and customisation
Take ownership of multiple workstreams and coordinate successful delivery

Key Skills Required
Deep functional experience with Oracle Cloud OTL (Time & Labour)
Strong understanding of HCM module design and deployment
End-to-end implementation experience, including testing and post-go-live support
Proven experience working on multi-country rollouts
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and business teams
