Senior Business Manager – Sustainable Investments, Equities, and Senior COS – Financial Services – London (Hybrid) – Contract – £760–£900 p.d. dependent on experience - Inside IR35 via umbrella

My client, a market-leading Data & Analytics organisation within Financial Services, is currently recruiting for several senior Business Manager positions to support a high-impact area of the business across different divisions within the firm. These roles are offered on an initial contract basis and provide the opportunity to work in a dynamic, expanding and strategic environment supporting C-suite and senior leadership.

Business Manager – Sustainable Investments Focus
Drive Sustainable Investments strategy and operations within a small but expanding Sustainable Investments division.
Collaborate cross-functionally to build data methodologies and frameworks as well as supporting on key regulations within this space.
Ideal for candidates with a strong background in Sustainable Investments, data strategy, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Business Manager – Equities/Technology Division Focus
Support a fast-paced Equities Technology function, reporting to senior leadership.
Act as the operational glue between business and tech teams, enabling delivery of strategic change and risk initiatives.
Manage reporting, project oversight, and transformation delivery in an agile, analytical environment.
Senior Business Manager – Chief of Staff style Role
Operate at a divisional COO level, providing executive support and oversight across strategic programs, operations, and governance.
Liaise with C-suite, shape business strategy, manage change portfolios, and improve operational efficiency.
A great fit for senior candidates who have previously operated in high-visibility leadership support roles across global financial services firms.

Key Skills Required Across All Roles:
Proven experience in a Senior Business Manager or COO support capacity within Financial Services.
Strong strategic planning, operational delivery, and data reporting capabilities.
Ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Excellent analytical mindset and comfort with change and ambiguity.
