We are looking for a BA with a core skillset and does not need to have any niche skills.

They will be required to complete items such as

process flows
requirements elicitation/documentation
review comms and docs and has attention on versioning and content

Behaviours and experience

Financial services and regulations background would be advantageous given the check and challenge needed between Marketing and Compliance stakeholders
A self-starter.
Will work as part of small team but needs to take ownership and accountability of their personal tasks
Able to quickly build effective stakeholder relations
