Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: UK(REMOTE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve efficiency, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and challenges.

Elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.

Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to support decision-making.

Develop process models, workflows, use cases, and user stories.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, development, and operations to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Support testing efforts by defining test cases and ensuring delivered solutions meet requirements.

Assist in change management and user training during system rollouts or process changes.

Monitor the performance of solutions post-implementation and suggest enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience With Requirements Gathering And Documentation Techniques.

Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.

Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools.

Knowledge of business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Industry experience (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) is a plus.

Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is an advantage.
