An experienced Oracle Cloud Test Manager is required to lead and deliver the testing strategy for a major public sector Oracle Cloud programme. This role demands someone who can ensure testing governance and delivery across all functional streams including integrations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage the client-agreed Test Strategy and approach
Lead day-to-day delivery of testing activities across all functional areas
Coordinate the development and execution of user acceptance test cases and business scenarios
Manage issues and defects across the testing lifecycle
Liaise with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure testing milestones are met

Key Skills Required
Proven experience delivering test strategy for Oracle Cloud implementations
ISTQB certification
Experience across the full Oracle Cloud suite
Background working in local government/public sector programmes
Degree-educated
