Exciting opportunity for an expert level Scrum Master to join a global Energy Trading company.

About The Role:

This position is within a large ETRM Upgrade programme and the purpose is to free up ETRM specialists to focus on their delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Mentor and coach Leadership, Enterprise, business agility, product teams, teams of teams and agile coaches in a collaborative environment to achieve effective Agile and Lean Transformations. Targeted to functional and regional leadership teams. Strategic advisor on agile strategy, scaling, business and enterprise agility. Key contributor to establishing Agile cultural vision. Ability to drive lasting cultural change, and establish a collaboration model, a DevOps mind-set, an Agile development approach, innovative risk management and a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience:

- Excellent knowledge of Agile, DevOps and other modern development practices
- Engaging coach who can drive tangible behavioural change
- Empathetic and emotionally intelligent
- An advocate of inclusion and diversity
- Excellent communicator who gets on well with others.
