Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions. You’ll design, implement, and monitor AI-driven models that solve real-world challenges, using both structured and unstructured data.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Identifying high-impact Generative AI use cases and developing end-to-end solutions
Communicating insights from complex data sets to support strategic decisions
Ensuring model reliability through performance monitoring, data quality checks, and managing model drift
Collaborating across teams to troubleshoot data issues and maintain seamless data flows
Contributing to the development of internal frameworks and best practices around GenAI capabilities

The Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical expertise with business intuition and who can operate independently while contributing to team success.

You bring:

A Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics
Proven experience with data science in a business setting, including data wrangling, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
Fluency in Python and key libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), along with SQL and experience using tools like Power BI and Databricks
Cloud proficiency, especially with Microsoft Azure and platforms such as Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, and Vertex AI
Deep expertise in LLM libraries (Langchain, LangGraph, Promptflow, Semantic Kernel, Autogen) and experience with LLM fine-tuning and LLMOps practices
A track record of deploying GenAI models using CI/CD tools (Weights & Biases, GitHub workflows, etc.)

A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work autonomously or within cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel occasionally and contribute to projects across different operating companies
