Deskside & Technology Support Analyst – Contract – Manchester

ARM are looking for a Deskside & Technology Support Analyst to join a leading consultancy on a 6-month contract in Manchester. This is a site-based role (5 days a week) providing 2nd Line IT support across hardware, software, and telephony systems.
Location: Manchester (on-site)
Rate: £34.86/hour (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months
Start: ASAP

Role Overview:
You’ll handle 2nd Line incidents and service requests, maintain IT assets, support office setups, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include hardware deployment, troubleshooting, vendor escalation, and equipment room maintenance.

Requirements:
4+ years in IT support within a corporate environment
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL (desirable)
Microsoft certifications (desirable)
UK driving licence – some travel required
