Python & AI Engineer
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (flexible for strong candidates) + benefits
Location: London, 2 days a week

Work across financial intelligence with a well-established team of engineers - for the first 12 months, work with a 70/30 split between backend SE and AI - before growing into the company's go-to AI Engineer just after a year.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions for wealth management/intelligence
Work closely with a tight-knit product and engineering team
Own backend Python services and contribute to a growing AI capability across the business
Leverage text and voice data to create tools that help users achieve both life and financial goals
Shape the future of AI - influencing architecture, research, and cross-team learning.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
Strong Python backend experience (Flask, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes)
1+ years’ experience building or integrating AI (e.g. LLM, NLP)
Clear passion for AI – side projects, research or professional experience
Excellent communication, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred
Startup or scaleup experience
Work experience in a fintech or regulated environment
