Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Payment Technologies, API integrations, and Cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving delivery through clear requirements and a deep understanding of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business problems into clear epics and user stories with defined objectives and traceable value.
Contribute to ideation and solution design aligned to customer needs and operational impact.
Lead the creation of operational designs and acceptance criteria throughout development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technology changes and business readiness.
Analyse and quantify impacts of system changes on customers, operations, and compliance.
Provide expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, promoting best practices in business analysis.
