This is a critical, high-impact role where you'll be the linchpin between business operations and a new dedicated AI development team.

Senior Business Analyst: Core Responsibilities

Your mandate is to move beyond simple AI tools (like document-upload or prompt-based solutions) to design complex, integrated AI workflows that truly transform business functions.

Process Transformation: Challenge existing operational models across teams (Firm Finance, Fund Finance, Tax, Legal) to identify and re-engineer processes ripe for AI optimisation.
AI Workflow Design: Lead the design and documentation of sophisticated, end-to-end AI solutions that integrate multiple data sources and deliver tangible, monthly value to different business teams.
Stakeholder Leadership: Act as a seasoned professional, carrying authority and leading business users through significant process change, particularly within specialized functions like Fund Finance and Portfolio Valuation.
Technical Bridging: Facilitate clear, technical conversations with the newly engaged managed service development team (3 Developers + Scrum Master) to ensure solution integrity and deliverability.

Essential Experience & Technical Skillset for the Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a 'hands-on' Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects and the ability to operate at a senior level.

Technical Proficiency: Essential SQL skills for data interrogation, specifically within a Snowflake environment.
Architecture Understanding: A solid grasp of API architecture to inform design decisions, though no hands-on coding is required.
Financial Domain: Experience in Private Markets or related financial services is highly preferred, but outstanding BA skills in complex workflows are paramount.
Project Delivery: Proven ability to drive projects from initial concept through to successful launch, complementing a firm-wide initiative (Phase 1 recently launched, Phase 2 imminent).
