Summary:
Seeking a strategic, tech-savvy Business Analyst to support the delivery of AI and innovation initiatives across legal and business services. This role will drive process improvement, support AI tool implementation, and act as a key liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities
Analyse legal and operational workflows to identify automation and AI opportunities
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Evaluate legal tech and AI tools (eg document automation, contract analytics)
Support pilots, proofs of concept, and agile delivery of innovation projects
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and user adoption Key Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of AI technologies: NLP, machine learning, generative AI
Proficient in business analysis tools: process mapping, documentation, data analysis
Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and product life cycle
Familiarity with legal tech platforms and digital transformation practices
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI use
