As Customer Manager, you'll take on a critical role within one of the company's most exciting divisions. The channel is evolving fast - already very well established in foodservice with further growth opportunity. This newly created role will give you the chance to both safeguard existing customers, and break new ground in emerging segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a customer portfolio within a high-growth channel, with scope tailored to your experience
Drive distribution and sales for a portfolio of well-loved, authentic brands
Unlock new business opportunities across wholesale and out-of-home channels
Build strong commercial relationships while delivering against growth targets
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and category to shape and deliver channel strategy
Bring structure, creativity and commercial rigour to a fast-paced, competitive environment

About you:

Experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with proven FMCG success (wholesale cash & carry, retail or foodservice experience ideal)
Commercially sharp with strong planning, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable identifying new growth opportunities
Energetic, ambitious and collaborative - someone who thrives in a go-getting culture
Knowledge of East Asian wholesale or language skills would be a bonus, but not essential
