Job Specifications

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations within a defined territory.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple stores/units within the assigned area
Drive revenue growth and profitability by implementing effective sales and operational strategies
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed
Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing team members and store managers
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, compliance, and team performance
Foster a customer-centric culture that delivers an exceptional service experience
Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance

Necessary Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of multi-unit management experience, ideally in (Retail / Logistics)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding operational and financial goals
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned area (if required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant operational systems/tools
