SaaS Implementations Lead (Healthcare)

The Role
We're looking for an Implementations Lead to build and scale our customer implementations function. This is a player-coach role: you'll both lead some strategic implementations yourself and shape the processes, tools, and team structure that ensure our customers succeed.

What You'll Do
Lead implementations for key customers, owning end-to-end project delivery and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Shape the org by developing scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices for implementations
Lead a growing team of implementation specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success to align customer needs with product development
Act as a trusted advisor for healthcare clients, guiding them through adoption of new technology and workflows
Track and report on implementation KPIs, identifying areas for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in customer implementations, professional services, or customer success, ideally in SaaS or health tech
Proven experience managing implementations with enterprise or healthcare clients
Strong project management skills--able to juggle multiple customers while staying organized and proactive
Leadership experience: comfortable mentoring others and shaping a new function
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of healthcare IT or experience in healthcare industry is strong plus
