Role Description

The role is a business analyst role with significant focus on technology. Successful candidate must therefore, have both strong analyst skills and technical knowledge as a significant part of the role is working with technical specialists to understand and map technical use cases.

Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing
Banking experience
Requirements gathering
Strong process mapping skills
Strong analysis skills
Identification of use cases
Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies
Root cause analysis
PAM experience
Ability to optimise processes and maximise efficiency
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Positive team player working as part of a large programme
Accountability for deliverables and proven track record of delivering on schedule
Proficient in MS Excel and Visio
