Job Description:
Strategic Program Leadership - Ability to lead multi-year, cross-domain transformation initiatives (infrastructure, cloud, application modernization) at enterprise scale.
Stakeholder Navigation - Strong capability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across federated business units, regions, and functions with competing priorities.
Governance & Compliance Orientation - Deep understanding of regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks; ability to embed governance rigor while ensuring delivery momentum.
Delivery & Dependency Management - Proven track record of managing complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams in a bureaucratic setup.
Change & Adoption Leadership - Skilled at driving adoption of new platforms, operating models, and processes within risk-averse, highly regulated environments.
Communication & Reporting - Ability to synthesize complexity into clear executive-level communication, ensuring transparency and trust with senior leadership.
Resilience & Adaptability - High resilience to navigate bureaucracy, shifting priorities, and organizational inertia while maintaining focus on program outcomes and value realization.
