Location: London, hybrid working

PS30K - PS35K + uncapped OTE - Average Yr1 - PS80K - PS85K

My client is a leading UK & European Fintech Lender with a competitive SME Lending solution providing business owners access to flexible, efficient and convenient funding to help their business grow.

After investing into brilliant Data sources, AI & Sales algorithms around 18months ago - They now have a overperforming BD function focused on outbound calling to UK SME Businesses. This is brilliant role with 360 sales autonomy & likely 'warmest' outreach role in market due to strength of data provided

Responsibilities and duties will include:

As a Business Development Executive, you'll build a high quality pipeline of prospects and generate revenue by making outbound calls, booking meetings, following up with customers, advising on their best finance options from our suite of products, and closing deals..

Key responsibilities include:

Building and nurturing a high quality prospect pipeline by making regular outbound calls, and occasionally dealing with inbound queries, at all times representing the company in a highly professional manner
Listening, understanding and advising which of our finance options can help solve your prospect's challenges.
Identifying and qualifying prospects alongside the ones we have identified and initially qualified for you.
Communicating the value proposition in a precise and compelling way to help SMEs understand and make use of our loan products.
Going above and beyond in your efforts to hit and exceed your KPIs; this will enable us to beat growth targets
Working as a team player, and helping improve the overall success of this exciting part of the business.
Willingness to mentor and help junior colleagues improve their own performance

Background:

2 + yrs B2B sales experience within Fintech, Payments, Financial services ( Ideally lending)
Proven success in managing 360 sales cycle
Proven background in outbound cold calling
Proactive team mentality
