Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

Locations: Grand Rapids, Livonia, Traverse City, or Holland, MI

Hybrid Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday in-office

We're looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to step in and support our growing team! With a recent uptick in requisitions following company reorganization, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a high-energy environment.

This contract role is likely to extend and offers exposure to a variety of recruiting functions--perfect for someone who thrives in full-cycle recruiting and enjoys sourcing top talent across multiple disciplines.

What You'll Do

Manage 15-20 internship requisitions for Summer 2026
Partner directly with Talent Strategy leaders and supervisors
Handle full-cycle recruiting, including posting jobs, screening resumes, making offers, and assisting with onboarding
Source for high-level engineering roles (civil, mechanical, electrical, industrial, technician) and IT positions (including software engineers)
Maintain job postings on LinkedIn and other boards
Work with Workforce Connect/SuccessFactors as a CRM (training provided)
Collaborate on careers landing page content and utilize tools like Circa (training provided)

What You'll Bring

Experience sourcing professional, IT, and engineering roles
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn recruiting tools
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree + 4+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree + 2+ years
High School Diploma + 6+ years
