A leading global law firm is seeking a highly experienced Change Management Specialist to lead a strategic digital transformation programme. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to drive operational change across global teams, focusing on the implementation of a new digital workplace solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of a firmwide digital content platform transformation.
Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications across multiple jurisdictions.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders, legal professionals, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Oversee project governance, risk and issue management, and performance tracking.

Essential Requirements:

Law firm experience is preferred- candidates must be able to hit the ground running.
Proven track record in leading transformation and change programmes within legal or professional services.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with gravitas at senior leadership level.
Experience with AI and GenAI implementation is highly desirable.
