Executive Administrative Assistant
Austin, TX (Hybrid) | Contract-to-Hire | $34-$36 per hour About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support multiple senior executives, including C-Suite leadership. This is a high-visibility role where you will manage complex schedules, coordinate travel and events, and serve as a trusted partner to executive leaders. The position is based on-site in Austin, TX (4 days per week), with remote work available most Fridays.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before being asked, and enjoys balancing the demands of multiple executives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic administrative support to senior executives and their direct teams.
Manage complex calendars across multiple executives and time zones.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, itineraries, expense reports, and department reports.
Serve as liaison with internal teams, external partners, and board members.
Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate office visits.
Plan and execute executive meetings, leadership events, and team-building activities.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
Assist with vendor management, invoice allocation, and budget tracking.
Qualifications
3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership or C-Suite executives.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience with travel planning (domestic and international).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Able to work on-site in Austin, TX (4 days/week)
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $34-$36/hour (equivalent ~$70K-$75K annually).
Contract-to-Hire with long-term potential.
