Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager. This is a fully remote position that will align to the PST time zones!
*This is a 17-month W2 contract position with benefits & paid holidays!*
As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will develop marketing campaigns that drive adoption and active use of financial services products for small businesses. With your skillset leveraging customer data, insights, marketing automation tools, and AI tools, you will also drive growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, and personalization initiatives for a leading FinTech company!
What You'll Be Doing:
Implement segmentation techniques such as cohort age, behavioral scoring, product engagement, and AI/ML-informed intent signals to lifecycle marketing strategies
Drive and enhance upgrade, retention, and trial conversion strategies
Implement gamification best practices to boost product adoption, develop habit loops, and increase engagement across different lifecycle stages
Build end-to-end marketing program schedules from kick-off, communicating timelines
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in Marketing Management, overseeing CRM marketing channels such as email marketing, push notifications, SMS, and/or in-product display ads
Experience applying AI-driven marketing solutions, including AI/ML models or generative AI
Experience with Amplitude, Tableau and reporting dashboards
Experience using Asana, Jira, Workfront, QuickBase, or Workfront
Experience with Figma, Canva, and/or Miro, Mural, or FigJam
Desired Skills & Experience
Prior experience in SaaS or tech industries strongly preferred!
